I know it can feel like a wait for an appointment but once you are in the booking cycle it is quicker.
Only registered clients enter the Wait list for earlier cancellations.
Plan ahead: If you have surgery coming up it is suggested you make future appointments so you can get into the booking cycle at the frequency you need to support effective recovery.
Cancellation policy: Please provide a minimum 24 hours notice if cancelling, this allows people on the Wait list a chance to make an appointment. Less than 24 hours notice and 'no shows' are asked to pay 50% of the booking fee or removed from the client list. New clients will forfeit their booking deposit. This allows other people, just like you, to be prioritised.

Health benefit claims are available based on the current listed prices for therapeutic remedial massage (this includes therapeutic massage for clinical conditions such as lymphoedema, lipodema, oedema scar adhesions and peripheral neuropathy) only.
