Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, specialised massage technique that uses light, rhythmic strokes to encourage the movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. It aims to stimulate the lymphatic system to remove toxins, reduce fluid retention, and support the immune system.
Relaxation Massage
Relaxation doesn't have to mean no pressure but it does mean your fatigued muscles will be carefully assessed and the right pressure applied - no risk of bruising or cramping from too much pressure, delivered too fast.
Trigger Point
Trigger point massage involves applying direct pressure to tight, sore spots in muscles, called trigger points, to relieve pain and muscle tension. These "knots" can cause both local pain and referred pain (pain felt elsewhere in the body) and are often caused by muscle overuse, stress, or injury.
By releasing these points, the massage aims to restore normal muscle function, improve range of motion, and increase circulation, helping to alleviate pain and prevent future issues

A gentle therapeutic massage, incorporating lymphatic drainage, that may aid the body's recovery process by stimulating the lymphatic system or helping to settle your nervous system. It may help reduce swelling, bruising, and pain by encouraging the flow of excess fluid and toxins from the surgical area. This technique uses slow, rhythmic, low-pressure movements to support healing, improve circulation, and help manage scar tissue, making the recovery period more comfortable and potentially faster.
Gentle scar tissue release
Scar tissue release massage is a therapeutic technique that involves gentle manipulation of the skin and underlying tissue to break down adhesions, soften hard scars, improve pliability, and restore mobility. It may help to remodel scar tissue, reduce pain, and desensitize the area, which can improve both the appearance and function of the scar. This treatment can be started once the wound is completely healed and requires multiple sessions to achieve results.
