Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Darwin

Care for every body
Lymphatic Drainage Darwin was born from a desire to support people at every stage of their personal journey — whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a chronic illness, working hard and running low, or simply needing somewhere to be still and quiet.
Kate's home studio in Nakara is a special reprieve in a busy world.
What is lymphatic drainage?
Lymphatic drainage massage uses light, rhythmic strokes to encourage lymph fluid through your vessels and nodes — helping your body clear toxins, reduce fluid retention, and support your immune system. It also feels absolutely amazing.
It's particularly effective for women navigating perimenopause and menopause, where hormonal shifts can cause the lymphatic system to become sluggish — contributing to bloating, puffiness, brain fog, and that general feeling of being not quite yourself.
Kate's approach
Kate is a trained manual lymphatic drainage practitioner using the Casley-Smith method. This is a structured, considered treatment — not just a light massage — and you can expect real health benefits.
Before you begin, Kate will walk you through the process so you know exactly what to expect and can fully relax into it.
Lymphatic drainage massage
From facial treatments to full-body sessions, Kate offers lymphatic drainage massage to support fluid retention, lipedema, perimenopause and menopause, and anyone whose lymphatic system needs a nudge in the right direction.
Sessions from 45 to 90 minutes.
Pre & post surgery massage
Whether you're preparing for or recovering from surgery — including caesarean sections, joint replacements, and cosmetic procedures — this gentle lymphatic-based massage supports your body before the table and helps it heal after.
Scar tissue release massage
Scars can do more than change how skin looks — they can restrict movement, cause discomfort, and affect sensation in the surrounding tissue.
Scars from caesarean sections, knee and hip replacements, breast surgery, and abdominoplasty can restrict movement, cause discomfort, and affect sensation long after healing. Targeted scar tissue release massage can help soften adhesions, improve mobility, and restore feeling to the area.
Your lymphatic reset - in your own hands
Learn to support your own lymphatic health at home — with hands-on guidance from Kate and everything you need to get started.
Includes gloves, magnesium oil, and a 20-minute treatment.
Peripheral Neuropathy massage
For the burning, tingling, and aching of nerve damage — particularly in the feet and lower legs — targeted massage can offer real relief by supporting circulation and calming the nervous system response.
In-facility massage
Caring for elderly and palliative clients is one of the reasons Kate moved into this work full time. It's an area she feels deeply passionate about.
Kate works with the individual in mind, considering factors like skin sensitivity, reduced muscle tone, and mobility, and can come to you at your residential aged care facility or hospice.
