We will discuss your specific manual lymphatic drainage requirements, understand your previous experience with manual lymphatic drainage massage, what lymphatic drainage is and what you might experience during and after the session. This extra time allows you to understand what is happening and why - which will allow you to relax into the treatment. Session includes: Face, upper chest, arms, stomach and legs with targeted work on areas of concern. Add red light for collagen and inflammation support.
