Session includes: - introduction to you lymph system and lymph flow to hep you understand and manage your own lymph health - lymphatic drainage glove to take home - magnesium lymphatic drainage oil - one-on-one guided session in which you can record yourself competing so you can re-watch at home - 15 minute facial lymphatic massage to help you understand the techniques
